That’s a wrap on season one

Earlier this year we set out to find answers to some of the middle-agey questions our friends were asking behind closed doors. We brainstormed ten topics and found ten experts to sit down with us. And that’s how this Side Project was born.

Ten Side Project podcast episodes later we’ve learned that we have so much more to learn. We’re excited to be back for season two, where we’ll talk about even more ways we can work on our health and wellness to stay stronger longer.
